Featured in the latest Bamse – Världens starkaste björn is yet another Rune A story, “Lången, Tjocken och Lillen”, pencilled by yours truly. My friend Hakim found this funny, since he likes to call me “Tjocken” after my Arabic name Shoqi.

A competition, continuing Rune’s story. The shopkeeper Uffe is my design. This is also my very first inked page in Bamse. If you compare with Bernt’s highly finetuned lines you’ll see that, in football terms, Bernt plays in La Liga, while I play in the Swedish league, maybe division 4 or 5.

I liked this comic a lot, although I think it had somewhat of an abrupt ending. It is easy to see that Rune has a finger behind the script to this one, as he often liked to touch the all too common problems out there in his comics.
Also the shopkeeper is brilliant, the characters you create always flows so well with the story and has that BAMSE-feel to them! (:
And I think your inking is great, I love inking myself, only problem is that I have no tools for removing the ink if I screw up hehe, cant be too careful!
And I have to say, your desk at the Seriestudion was amongst the cleanest and most tidy workspaces in the entire studio, and you have the window seat as well! I actually came over for a visit last week and had a lovely chat with Joakim. I chuckled a little as I saw your basket of used pens. Joakim told me how you guys worked and all the good-to-know´s about the studio, it was very intresting since I´ve never been in a professional studio before 🙂
I also heard that the studio has fallen on hard times, which is sad. If I get into Serieskolan next year I might just rent a desk to help keep the studio running.

Kul att du gillade serien och Uffe. Själv är jag inte särskilt förtjust i att tuscha, därför överlåter jag det mer än gärna till någon av de ytterst kompetenta tuscharna som jobbar för Bamse. Men jag kanske tuschar nåt mer framöver, vi får se. För att få bort tuschlinjer som hamnat fel kan man antingen skrapa med en skalpell/kniv, eller måla över med vit gouache. Tidigare fanns tippex, men gouache funkar nästan lika bra. Ett litet tips bara.
Studions kris verkar lösa sig tack och lov. Min studioplats var ren av den anledningen att jag precis hade kommit tillbaka från animationskursen. Bara några veckor efter ditt besök är den nästan lika stökig som Adams…
Har du några grejer online och vill ha feedback är det bara att säga till. Och du, om du kommer in på skolan, se till att göra lite eget också, så du inte lägger hela året på Bamse-övningar. Lycka till!

Hej igen Andreas!
Tack för tipset, Joakim visade hur han gjorde med skalpell när jag var där, dock har jag aldrig vågat pröva med tippex/gouache förut, har alltid varit rädd för att det ska bli för kladdigt. Men jag ska definitivt ta och pröva igen någon gång!
Skönt att höra att krisen med studion verkar lösa sig, Joakim nämnde det i ett meningsombyte på facebook. Så otroligt kul att ni kan vara kvar! Och jag är nog ännu stökigare än dig tror jag, dock så måste jag erkänna att Adams bänk var väldigt stökig..! Den spjuvern!
Jag måste erkänna att jag skulle älska lite feedback(och kritik! :3) från dig, som etablerad i branschen så tror jag att det är svårt att få sådan hjälp från annat håll.
